I am so happy to be teaching at Washington School and to be part of the wolf pack. I am currently working with kindergarten through 3rd grade students as a resource teacher for reading, math, and writing. I have been teaching for 20+ years. I earned my bachelors degree from Colorado Christian University and my Master's degree in Special Education from ISU. I have been married to my wonderfully supportive husband for 38 years.  We have three children and one granddaughter. Our daughters both live in Colorado, one in Denver and one in Durango. We try to visit often over the holidays and summer. Our son still lives at home, so we are not empty nesters yet. We also have two great nephews that live nearby that we spend a lot of time with. When I am not teaching, I enjoy reading, going to the movies, watching the Cubs, riding bikes, putting together jigsaw puzzles, swimming, and walking our dog, Murphy.
