What is dual credit?

Dual credit means that you can take classes to earn both BHS and college credit at the same time! These classes are free of charge and will save you money

Dual credit classes are college level courses. This means that you are earning credit that will go on your Heartland transcript. Students should be prepared to meet assignment deadlines, maintain a C or higher, and attend regularly if they want to take advantage of dual credit.

*There will be a deadline to complete the application to Heartland. This application (and placement test, if applicable) is REQUIRED to earn dual credit.
