Parents/Guardians who are hearing impaired or do not typically communicate using spoken English and who participate in a Section 504 meeting, IEP, multidisciplinary conference, due process hearing, or mediation with a representative of a local educational agency shall be entitled to the services of an interpreter. Please work with your school office personnel or liaison to schedule an interpreter for the meeting or conference.
