The mission of Sheridan’s Library Media Center is to build a community of readers, critical thinkers, and strong writers who are prepared to contribute to their community and world.
The Library Media Center fulfills this mission by:
- promoting a love of reading for pleasure and inquiry.
- equipping students with critical skills in information and media literacy.
- providing access to a robust collection of print and digital resources which support both classroom curriculum and student curiosity, and which reflects the diversity of our student body.
- providing a technology infrastructure which prepares students for life and careers in the 21st century.
