5Essential Survey

Dear Parent or Guardian,

We NEED your participation to help us!!!

You can help us by participating in an online survey about our school. 

Parents may participate in the survey one time for each student they have at Stevenson School.  (If you have 3 children at Stevenson School, you may complete the survey 3 times. The survey is completely anonymous and will take about 15 minutes for each student. 

Beginning February 5, 2021, parents, students and teachers across Illinois will have an opportunity to participate in the Illinois 5Essentials Survey: Organizing Schools for Improvement. This survey was designed to generate a detailed picture of the inner workings of each school. As a parent, this opportunity will allow you to share your thoughts on the important elements of Stevenson School’s effectiveness in a survey about Stevenson school.

The survey gathers data related to five indicators that can predict important student outcomes, including improved attendance and larger test score gains. These five indicators that affect and predict school success are:

Effective Leaders            Collaborative Teachers                      Involved Families            Supportive Environments                  Ambitious Instruction
