About Me
My name is Payton Quinley and I will be student teaching in Mrs. Heinonen’s classroom this school year! I am so excited to finally begin my student teaching experience and to have the opportunity to learn from Mrs. Heinonen and our students this year.

I am from Mahomet, Illinois, but I am currently living in Normal as I begin my senior year at Illinois State University. Time has truly flown by, but I am cherishing every moment that this last year will bring me. I am an Early Childhood Education major, and I can confidently say that it is the best major I could have chosen! It has been so much fun learning about how to be the best teacher I can be. 

I like to spend my free time going for long walks outside while listening to a podcast, or shopping around with a coffee in hand. My friends and family mean the world to me, and I love to spend time with them every chance I can.  

I am confident that this is going to be an incredible school year and I look forward to all the happy memories ahead of us.
