Anyone who enters the building must wear a mask and sign in with the main office. Visitors should not enter the school if they are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19.

For a visitor/volunteer/guardian who is in the building for 15 minutes or longer on a regular basis…

  • You must present a COVID vaccination card to the OTE/Principal
  • If you do not have a vaccination card, you must present a copy of your current negative COVID test that is dated within 7 days of entering the building.
  • If you cannot produce a vaccination card or negative test, you will not be allowed to stay in the building

For a visitor/volunteer/guardian who is in the building for less than 15 minutes (i.e. submitting paperwork to the main office or signing out a student), you do not need to provide proof of vaccination or negative test.

Regarding IEP/504 meetings

  • Guardians will be invited to attend IEP meetings via Zoom or by conference phone call. Meetings may also be conducted in person at the school with masks if desired.
