School Visitor Protocols

Requirements for School Visitors/Volunteers/Guardians

All visitors must sign in at the reception desk. Visitors should not enter the school if they are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19.

Regarding IEP/504 meetings

• The goal of the IEP is to have parents feel they can participate in a meaningful way to the conversation. 
• IEP may be conducted in person or virtually. A phone call is acceptable if a virtual meeting is not available.
