It's always slightly alarming to walk past a window and see someone on a stretcher, until you remember this is BACC and spot Mr. Matteson in the mix. This morning our EMT students were outside learning and practicing extracting a patient from a vehicle and safely getting them on a backboard.

This week is National School Counseling Week. As such, we here at BACC would like to take a moment to express our sincere gratitude and appreciation for all of the school counselors who have a hand in helping our students.
You all navigate so much between complicated schedule requests, weird block scheduling, post- secondary education planning, mental health concerns, and so much more and our students are all the better for it. We are truly grateful for your expertise, compassion, kindness, and support and we celebrate you this week and more!
