Dear Parents,

Welcome to Bloomington High School's online athletic registration.  All parents/guardians must complete the required fields and both student and parent must acknowledge the required documents.  The athletic registration process is not complete until a current copy of an athletic physical is turned in to the Athletic Deparment for the particiant and academic eligibility is confirmed.

Before starting the online registration process, please review the information in the link provided below to ensure you have the information ready that will be needed to complete the registration process (insurance information, doctor contact information, emercengy contact information, etc...).

Each participant is required to have and provide medical insurance information.  If you do not have medical insurance for you son or daughter, insurance can be purchased for specific sport seasons or for the academic year by various insurance providers.  Here is a link to one possible insurance provider:
