1. SCHOOL SENDING TIMES: Average sending times are within 2 business days from when Parchment notifies us. Please note: Sending times may vary based on the time of school year.

2. ELECTRONIC DELIVERY TIMES: Parchment will deliver the records as soon as they are processed by us.

3. MAIL DELIVERY TIMES: Print and mail orders will be sent out the same day if they are processed by us before 3PM PST. Mail times vary between USPS & FedEx.

4. EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS: You will be notified via email by Parchment every time your order status changes.
