Shauntalaya is joining Stevenson as a paraprofessional for the 2026/27 school year. Last year, she was teaching preschool at Milestones Early Learning Center, and she’s excited to make the move to public schools. This year, she looks forward to getting to know her students!

Students worked together and dove into genetics with a fun Recipe for Traits activity, randomly picking genes to determine their dogs' phenotypic traits. 🧬🖍️

The Superstars kicked off the school year with a fun family night, filled with a scavenger hunt, dancing, volleyball, games, and food (shoutout to the grillers on duty!)! 🌟🍽
Bent has a house system, and students belong to one of four houses: Altruismo, Amistad, Isibindi, or Reveur- a system in place for students to connect, grow, and instill a sense of belonging.💫❤️

Anna is joining the Stevenson Tigers as a special education paraprofessional. Last year, she worked as a lead teacher at Little Jewels Learning Center and gained ABA therapy experience over the summer. Her daughter has attended Stevenson since 2021, which inspired her career change and decision to join the Tiger team!🐯
This year, Anna is looking forward to connecting with coworkers and students. Fun facts: She’s married to Steve and has a 9-year-old daughter, Delilah, a Boston Terrier named Miss Piggy, and a bearded dragon named Eevee. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, crafting, playing Nintendo games, and spending time with family.
