Today, we honor the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. His timeless vision for equality, justice, and peaceful coexistence continues to inspire our classrooms- Mrs. Bauer's 4th-grade class at Stevenson has taken an inspiring journey to recognize MLK and 30 other pivotal black figures. 🕊️📚
Students chose individuals they were most curious about and wrote thank-you notes acknowledging their immense contributions. Pictured student is Liam, who wrote about his thank you note to MLK)! 🖋️❤️
