🔍Mrs. Phelps' Kindergarteners at Sheridan took advantage of this beautiful November weather and had an amazing time filled with fun and learning as they went on a shape hunt on the playground! 🎉🔎 Our Sharks searched for circles, triangles, and rectangles, then tallied up what they found 🟢🔺📊✍️. Mrs. Mroz's class 3rd-grade class at Sheridan had a surprise visit ( Mrs. Mroz was also surprised by the visit!) from Mrs. Mroz's friend, Zandra, from Sweden! 🎉 She visited the class and shared traditions from her homeland, Sweden, and her current home, Cape Town, South Africa. They learned and practiced the 6 steps of the writing process, practiced punctuation, tackled math word problems, learned about Veterans Day, and completed a STEM challenge building a parachute for a soldier drop, and writing thank you letters to our Veterans!
